Association FAQ
To join us, click on « Sign In » at the top of your screen. To register as an association, click on « I am an association ».
As soon as you’ve got an account on HumanGive, you can start by creating a page for your association. This page is fully customizable and includes best modules to boost your visibility.
Fill information about of your association in the « Account » section to appear on the map. The map indicates associations, events and volunteer requests around you.
As soon as you’ve got an account on HumanGive, you appear on the directory.
Log on to HumanGive and go to your dashboard. Select « Account » then « Notifications ». You can check or uncheck notifications you want to receive or not.
If you want to delete your association, go to your dashboard and select « Account ». Leave us a message and let us know why you want to delete your account. It will help us to improve our services.
If you have lost your password, click on « Log in » then « Forgot password ». Follow the instructions in the email you receive from us.
Comments are available in the « Comments » section of your dashboard. In this part, you have access to comments received on your page, and those you've left. Click on « Delete » to manage a comment. If you see an inappropriate behavior by a user, please notify us.
To allow valid tax invoices and receipts, the signature of the legal representative is required. We will not use that signature in an illegal or fraudulent purpose.
HumanGive is free for everybody. You’ll never have to pay for anything. Only banking operations are submitted to a commission of 8.5%. This fee is needed to transfer the money to your bank account. We also need it to cover our charges and continue to provide a complete service.

If you have lost your password, click on « Forgot your password? » when you log in. Then follow instructions in the email that will be sent to you.

To thank you for your generosity, HumanGive integrates a Heart system for individuals.
Each commitment from you brings you a certain number of hearts. Then, everyone will know that you are involved in the associative life. You can of course decide to keep your actions anonymous but don't worry, you will still have your hearts.
The scale is made as follow :
10 hearts: Make a donation
8 hearts: Be volunteer
5 hearts: Participate in an event
4 hearts: Sign a petition
3 hearts: Share an association on social networks
2 hearts: Leave a tip during your donation
Association FAQ
You need to be registered on HumanGive to receive donations. A « Donate » button is available on the page of your association.
To cash your money, you need to provide your IBAN and BIC. However, in some cases, you can have to provide other information.
You can furnish those documents in the « Information » section, then « Banking » of your dashboard.
Your IBAN and BIC are on your bank details (RIB). You can find this document in your checkbook, or directly from your bank.
Fill your banking information in the « Account » section of your dashboard to be able to transfer the money on your bank account. To cash the money, go to the « Wallet » section, then click on « Cash ».

You can increase your chances of getting donations by sharing your page. Sharing buttons for social networks are available.

You need to have an account on HumanGive to make a donation. Click on the « Donate » buttons on the page of associations.
Even if you are registered, you may wish to give anonymously to an association.
Giving anonymously guarantees that the association will not have access to any information about your identity. It also allows you to give without it appears on your activity feed.

It is necessary to fill those information if you want to collect more that 1.000 dollars per year or give more that 2.500 dollars per year. You can furnish those documents on your « Security » part, in the « Account » section.
Tax receipts are available for donations to certain organizations.
According to different scales, your tax deduction will be automatically calculated. You can download your tax receipt directly by clicking on « Download my tax receipt » next to the donation you've made. You can find this button in your dashboard, then « Donations ».
Association FAQ
To create a new membership, go to the « Memberships » section of your dashboard, then select « Add ».
To join your association, people need to have an account as « Contributor » and thus being registered on HumanGive.
However, if there is a dispute between you and a member, we invite you to contact this person directly.
An emailing system allows you to contact a group of people. To send a message to your association’s members, go to your dashboard and click on « Emailing ».
Select « Members of my association » and express yourself freely.
To know the number of people who joined your association, go the « Memberships » section of your dashboard, then select « List ».

Yes, you can join several associations. All your memberships will then be available on your dashboard by clicking on « Memberships ».

The invoice of your membership is available on your dashboard, by clicking on « Memberships ». Then, click on « Download the invoice ».
Association FAQ
A fundraising allows you to meet a certain need, with a defined amount. Also called « Crowdfunding », this allows you to mobilize the generosity of several participants around a single project.
Go to your dashboard and select « Fundraising » then « Add » to start a fundraising.
Go to your dashboard and select « Fundraising » to manage your campaign. Click on « List » to « Cancel » or « Edit » your fundraising. Some information can not be changed so you will have to delete it to create another.
Rewards are small gifts to say « Thank you », for contributors of the fundraising. You have the possibility to set rewards according to the amount of the donation. The scale is progressive, contributions are too. to add contributions during the creation of your fundraising, click on « Add a reward ».
If a fundraising does not reach its goal, the money raised will be donated anyway. We consider the donor's gesture as a donation. However, if you cancel your fundraising, the collected amount will be refunded to donors.

You have to be registered on HumanGive to participate. Click on « Contribute » on the page of the fundraising. If the association choose to give rewards, you will then have the choice between different gifts. Rewards are depending on donation.
Rewards are gifts offered by the associations to say thank you for your donation. You can choose your reward according to the amount of your donation. If the scale is progressive, rewards are too. Click on the reward of your choice to select it.
If the fundraising doesn't reach its objective, the money raised will still go to the association. We consider the donor's gesture as a donation. However, if the association cancels its fundraising, the collected amount will be refunded to donors.

Go to your dashboad and select « Events » then « Add » to create an event.
Go to your dashboad and select « Events » then « List ». Click on « Edit » to edit an event.
Go to your dashboad and select « Events » then « List ». Click on « Cancel » to cancel an event.
If your event is free, don't fill the « Tickets » part when creating your event.
To add tickets, click on « Add a ticket » during the creation of your event. You can add information as price, or the maximum number of subscriptions allowed for a ticket. The title allows you to integrate a distinction like, for example, if they have different prices because of higher or lower services.
Go to your dashboard and select « Events » then « List ». By clicking on « Participations » next to the event, you access to the list of participants in the event. You can download the list in PDF or Excel format.
For your convenience, each participant has a QR code on its ticket.

An emailing system allows you to contact a group of people. To send a message to the signatories of a petition, select « Signatories of the petition » and express yourself freely.

To sign a petition you have to be registered on HumanGive. Click on « Sign » on the page of the petition. Your signature will be taken into account.

Association FAQ
Go to your dashboard and select « Volunteerism » then « Add » to create a volunteer request.
Go to your dashboard and select « Volunteerism » then « List ». Click on « Edit » to edit a volunteer request.
Go to your dashboard and select « Volunteerism » then « List ». Click on « Cancel » to cancel a volunteer request.
On the same principle as the physical volunteerism, you have the opportunity to recruit volunteers remotely. This type of volunteerism is not possible for all missions, but perfectly fits other. You can then recruit a volunteer accross the country.
Go to your dashboard and select « Volunteerism » then « List ». By clicking on « Participations » next to the request, you access to the list of participants in the mission. A graphic allows you to track the evolution of subscriptions. You can download the list of participants in PDF or Excel format.
An emailing system allows you to contact a group of people. To send a message to the participants of a volunteer mission, select « Participants of the volunteer request » and express yourself freely.

You have to be registered on HumanGive to participate. Then click on « Participate » on the page of the request.
On the same principle as physical volunteerism, you have the possibily to be volunteer remotely. This type of volunteerism is not available for all the missions, but perfectly fits with others. You can now help an association even if you are accross the country.
Go to your dashboard and select « Volunteerism » to find a list of your participations.
In case of unforeseen, contact the association direcly to inform about your absence. Note that without any information, the association might have to complain about your behavior.

The piggy bank contains donations from generous donors who want to help more than one association. You may be lucky enough to be one of the 3.
Every 4 months, 3 associations of each country will be randomly selected among all associations that have completed their information at least 75%.

When a donor doesn't know wich association to give, or simply wanted to participate in the piggy bank, you can have a chance to receive a portion of the total amount.
Every 4 months, 3 associations of each country will be randomly selected among all associations that have fulfilled their account at least 75% progress.
